We are a small UK based company supplying Tiaras, Bridal Jewellery and Fashion accessories through our website. We source our Jewellery from all over the world as we to strive to bring you good quality, well crafted products that are considerably more reasonably priced compared to the high street.
Most of our products are imported directly from our manufacturer, which enables us to cut costs and therefore pass great savings to our customers. We are consistently developing and our range is continually expanding as we endeavour to bring you more great quality and choice.

At Dress Me Up we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998) and we will never pass your information to any third parties.
We will only collect information about you to firstly process your order and secondly, to give us the opportunity to provide you with information about forthcoming events or special promotions that may be of interest to you.
We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent and we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us.
Online credit card transactions are securely processed via Paypal and we have no access to your credit card information.
We accept Credit and Debit card payments via Paypal. (You do not need to be a regsitered user) We also accept cheques, postal orders or bank transfers from UK customers only. We are very sorry but we DO NOT accept any other form of payment from international customers other than Paypal. Payment must be received before goods are dispatched.
Customers who wish to return or exchange items must do so within 7 days of receipt and you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery declaring your intention to return. The original postage will not be refunded and the customer must bear the cost of returning the item, except where the item is found to be faulty. We ask that you return the item (along with the correct receipt or proof of purchase) unused and unaltered and in its original packaging within the 7 days by a traceable method.
We will not be held responsible for damage or loss of goods through the postal system, therefore if your item arrives damaged at our premises we will not refund and it is up to you to claim from The Royal Mail. We therefore urge proper postal insurance of the returned item and we suggest that returns are sent as SPECIAL DELIVERY. Any orders returned without prior arrangement via email, letter or phone will not be accepted. Should we receive any returns that have been damaged in the post we will contact the sender. It is up to the sender to claim from the Royal Mail and we will not be involved in the process.
Customers are asked to be aware that there are some products that are exempt from our 7 day return policy. For hygiene reasons we regret that we are unable to accept returns on Tiaras, hair pins and twists and PIERCED Earrings and Jewellery sets that contain Tiaras or Earrings.
Tiaras are very delicate and must be carefully handled. Most Tiaras only come in a standard size so it is probable that your Tiaras will need to be adjusted to fit your head perfectly. We cannot accept returns on Tiaras, as we cannot be sure if they have been altered to fit.
All our Tiaras are sent to us from our supplier in sealed bags. This is for hygiene reasons and is to protect our customers. This means that you can buy from us with confidence knowing that no one else has tried on your Tiara. These bags are only removed when the Tiara is prepared for dispatch. We remove the bags as this allows us to quality check the Tiaras properly to ensure that nothing is missing or broken.
Risk in goods shall pass to the customer on delivery and Dress Me Up Jewels shall not in any way be liable for any injury harmful effects or significant loss resulting from the application of any inappropriate use, inadequate care, neglect, process treatment or storage of goods after delivery.
Care has been taken in the construction and formatting of this web site. The statements and information contained on this site are believed to be correct and are stated in good faith. However Dress Me Up Jewels shall not be liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience arising from inaccuracies.

Most Jewellery products by there very nature will tarnish and discolour with time. This is not a manufacturing fault and we will not be held responsible for any products that discolour. Most discolourations can be removed by gentle cleaning but we accept no responsibility for damage occurring through this process.
We cannot be held responsible for any allergic reaction arising from the use of our products.
Some of our products are suitable for children to wear but customers are asked to note that our products may contain small pieces and some sharp parts. Our items should always be handled with care and should not be given to unsupervised children. Our products are not toys. Dress Me Up Jewels accepts no responsibility for injury caused by the destruction, misuse or negligence of any of our items.
